Reno Aprile - Managing Director
Reno Aprile is the Director & Founder of Cardiac Responder Group, CommHealth Systems, & ZapStand, LLC. Passionate about cardiac arrest survival & implemented AED’s, he has pioneered monitored systems comprising programs, hardware, & infrastructure that improves outcomes from out of hospital cardiac arrest.
These monitored systems known as ‘Heart Safe Zones” ensure that AED’s are present, functional & locatable when needed.
To date 72 lives have been saved by these monitored systems.

Ian Hancock - Director Partnerships
Ian is Managing Director at PremierNational, overseeing engagement with all clients across the firm. Having worked with a range of clients across all industries over the past eight years, including professional services, energy and resources, infrastructure, finance and property, Ian has a wealth of experience in strategy, project management and delivery.
Ian has led client projects across the breadth of PremierNational’s service offerings, including advising clients on engaging with State and Federal governments on multi-billion dollar infrastructure transactions; in the preparation and strategy development of Senate and other government inquiries; in business transformation projects with multi-national companies and investment funds to position them to work better with government; and in the development and execution of government engagement strategies on project-specific proposals or issues.
Before commencing at PremierNational, he worked in the Sydney office of global law firm Baker & McKenzie. In the Corporate and Energy & Resources teams, Ian worked on a broad range of corporate governance, joint ventures, general commercial and restructuring matters, as well as mergers & acquisitions, including the privatisation of NSW’s electricity assets and sale of other major infrastructure.
Ian is also the Co-Founder of Clean Energy Strategies, an investment advisory firm focused on the renewable energy sector. In 2019, Clean Energy Strategies led the commercial structuring of the world’s first Industry-Scale Aggregated Power Purchase Agreement, bringing together over 400 hotels to procure around 150GWh of energy per annum from a new large-scale solar farm in NSW.
Ian sits on the board of the LilleFro Foundation, an Australian charity undertaking education projects in remote northern India. He is also a director of GovConnex; an innovative Australian company that is leading the automation of research into Government.

Antony Anisse - Director Commercial
Antony is an experienced public-private executive with a demonstrated history of achieving great social and economic outcomes in major urban renewal projects (including Parramatta Square, Riverbank and Civic Link Projects). Antony is highly skilled in real estate acquisitions, investments, strategy, deal structuring, joint ventures, urban development (greenfield and brownfield), stakeholder engagement and capital markets. He has previously held senior positions in private development firms, Local and State Government.
Antony was previously elected as a Councillor on Hornsby Shire Council from September 2012 to September 2017. He had oversight of the formation of new town centres and the creation of new social and recreational infrastructure (including the transformation of Hornsby Quarry and Storey Park Community Centre).
Antony has a strong interest in impact investing, sustainable urbanism and is passionate about doing well by doing good. He Co-Founded a Specialist Disability Accommodation provider, Good Housing, which is on a mission to build 50 homes in 3 years.
He has a double degree in Economics and Law from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Law and has completed the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, Masachussets. He was also admitted as a Solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court in February 2011.
